Criteria:-
- Degree/Masters in Production, Process, Petroleum Engineering or Similar
- 12-15 years in production characterization, production facilities, producing field management (oil and gas) and Field Development planning and implementation.
- 10 years experience in reservoir inflow analysis, production prediction and development engineering in carbonate and clastic reservoirs.
- Major experience with the practical application of production engineering process systems and oil/gas treatment technologies to optimize reserves, recovery factors and production under various reservoir production strategies in oil and gas reservoirs.
- involvement in conducting field trials for downhole and surface production optimization projects.
- skills development and mentoring of junior engineers.
- Computing skills MS Word/Excel/Project/Access, Eclipse/VIP, Petex, Rio, Petrel.
- Contols activities of technical support and data analysis according to business plan to optimize oil and gas asset value.
- Reviews and approves all subsurface, well and surface engineering specifications, third party work programmes and procedures for production optimization programmes and special technology development projects.
- annual budget and work programme process and independent third party technical audits.
- Solve all technical problems relating to the application of new technologies involoving reservoir, petroleum and production engineering tasks.
- support, guidance, training of subordinates for their career development through enhancement of their knowledge and technical skills in all matters related to petroleum engineering and production technology principles.
- management support information for the compilation of regular progress reports, project status, reserves and development option reviews.
- Assist Development Department in the definition and quantification of production well systems for development option screening.
