Criteria:-
- 10years in hydrocarbon production industry environment in a supervisory/management capacity.
- 10years with hydrocarbon production and offshore production floating facilities in a supervisory/management capacity.
- employment history in S. E. Asia – Min 10 years Malaysian experience.
- Strong personal and interpersonal skills with flexibility to meet the fluctuating needs of operations support.
- Strong communication skills for working with, understanding and motivating Malaysian national personnel.
- Strong team building skills.
- sound knowledge of the business drivers affecting MSOCL.
- Specific knowledge of oil production, rotating equipment, water injection and gas lift plant
- Sound knowledge of Project, Construction and Commissioning activities, with previous experience in one or more Malaysian construction sites.
- Sound knowledge of training, CBTA and technology transfer issues in Malaysian environment.
- Valid BOSET / HUET training.
- Control of Major Emergencies training.
