Criteria:-
- Nationality Malaysia
- 10 years experience in operations, supervision and technical support roles.
- working with Facilities Engineers on project engineering support for offshore facilities retrofits.
- experience working projects from inception, through project design and implementation, start-up and commissioning of equipment systems.
- experience in Process Engineering and knowledge of Production Chemistry.
- familiar with P&ID, HAZOP, HAZID, F&G, C&E studies
- familiarization with Risk Based Inspection, 3D facilities design software, and computerized maintenance management systems.
- Registered Chartered Engineer (UK system) or Registered Professional Engineer (USA system) or equivalent.
- Experience as Production Superintendent (OIM)
- Provide operational engineering support for a new deepwater project start-up and subsequent production operations.
- propose de-bottlenecking opportunities.
- cost estimating and implementation,
- Plant Design Management System (PDMS) 3D computer simulation model.
- Work with Operations Support staff: Production engineers, Site Supervisors, Compliance engineers, and offshore staff.
- mentoring of junior technical professionals, technical assistants, and offshore staff. Focus will be on introducing the technical theory behind the processes offshore.
