Criteria:-
- 15 years proven on-site surveillance QA/QC inspection
- Actively in Safety Programs
- inspection of drilling and completion equipment
- DS-1 (Drill String Inspection) requirements
- OCTG threading and make-up
- contractors in-house procedures
- industry standards
- Shell Specific work instructions/standards.
- Witness of inspection, servicing, functional checks on: -
- Specialty rental tools such as downhole motors, MWD/LWD Eq, jars, underreamers, cementing Eq, etc.
- Casing running and handling equipment - tongs, slips, elevators, etc.
- Completion items (SSSV’s, scrappers, Autofill subs, Mirage Plugs, Subsea trees, Gravelpack Assemblies etc).
- Well Testing and Clean Up equipment.
- Supervise repairs on tools that failed inspection.
- Ensure compliance to contracts with respect to quality.
- contract review of Well Engineering Contracts as to their content of QA/QC requirements.
- recommend inspection criteria and suggest contractual clauses included in future contracts to ensure compliance once the results are available from the audit / review.
- conduct formal training on the selected standard
