Criteria:-
- Bachelor’s degree in geoscience minimum
- master’s in geoscience preferred.
- 20years in the upstream petroleum industry,
- strong geological interpretation and mapping skills at regional and prospect level 10years experience in deepwater.
- knowledge of structural and stratigraphic interpretation methods, including sequence stratigraphy and well log petrophysical analysis.
- knowledge of extensional and compressional tectonic settings of both shelfal and deep water depositional systems and architectures.
- knowledge of basin modelling and petroleum geochemistry.
- Proven record in well operations and monitoring.
- working knowledge of exploration processes from play fairway analysis to prospect maturation, volumetric assessment, risk assessment and the synthesis of diverse regional datasets.
- Familiarity with Landmark, Petrosys and Petrel interpretation software
- Previous regional experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
