Criteria:-
- High School Cert with 10years experien of Mud Cap Drilling MCD and Under Balanced Drilling UBD
- 5years as CSR / Project Manager / Well Control Specialist / Supervisor in MCD operations
- Competetent in operations
- Possess relevant certs eg. IWCF or Hydraulic Work Over HWO or Snubbing cert
- familiar with all MCD and UBD activities, design, procedures, HSE and equipment
- Conversant with all Well Control requirements
- Fluent in Written and spoken English
- Capable of producing reports, audit, charts, forms, presentation
- Current medicla and safety training to work offshore
