Criteria:-
- bachelor degree, preferably in a technical or OHSE discipline,
- 10years in both applied and office management roles.
- Certified Safety Health Officer (SHO) with Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Malaysia or internationally
- Enthusiastic, with a passion for HSE.
- Familiarity with industry standards, including ISO and OHSAS.
- Trained Lead Auditor
- Trainer for Proactive Safety Programs, U-See, U-Act, JSA, PTW
- Writing Skill to prepare site specific HSE Procedures, Emergency Response Procedures, Risk Assessment, SIMOP
- working knowledge of relevant Thai and Malaysian Laws; OHSAS 18001 ; ISPS; Aviation and Marine Operations Safety Standards
- HSE Legislations / International Conventions, IMO standards, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW and ISPS, OGP, UKOOA, OPITO, NIOSH, API, OSHA, etc
- Developing HSE-Management System, Procedures/Guidelines, Drilling Safety Case
- Drilling, Marine, Aviation & Operations Safety Standards and Requirements
- Develop Innovative and Proactive Safety Programs
- Leading Incident Investigation and Reporting
- Workplace Occupational Health Program
- Familiar with Medical Evacuation / Casualty Management
- HSE competency Training and Training Needs Analysis
- Lead HSE Audits and Inspections
- Security, Crisis & Emergency Response Planning
- Industry practices on HSE Standards
- Behavior Based Safety Program to improve Safety Culture
