Criteria:-
- 20years in upstream O&G
- management of offshore asset such as platform, FSO and FPSO,
- 10years in a supervisory position.
- operation and maintenance of gas compressor, turbines, water injection, production separation, utilities, and control systems.
- complete operation of offshore production facilities
- maintenance and integrity management systems, corrosion control and materials selection.
- scheduling and management of offshore maintenance including shutdowns and turnarounds
- setting up of pre-operations for a major project including organization, systems, and procedures, staff recruitment and training.
- Development of Operation Department budgets
