Criteria:-
- 20years in Tanker business,
- extensive experience in Floating Storage & Production Facilities
- knowledge in design and operation of floating production facilities
- experience as senior manager in major floating / production facilities contracts
- Maintenance, process and Mooring systems experience.
- knowledge of Classification Society and Marine Safety standards and codes
- DOT Class 1 Chief Engineering ticket, with tanker endorsement
- Degree qualified level in marine engineering or relevant experience
- Member of recognized professional marine institution
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control background
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese Law and functioning of a Joint Operating Company / Production Sharing Contractor
