- 15years in air quality management
- develop standard procedure for operation and coordination
- establishing data storage facilities and analyzing and prepare data summaries
- conduct health risk assessment, HAZID, exposure, dose response, EIA
- design and carry out large scale, high quality national surveys
- field audits of DOE air monitoring facilities
- evaluate SOPs, QA precedures and QC of date
