Criteria:-
- 10years experience with a contractor involved in the engineering and construction of onshore and offshore upstream O&G
- Preparation of technical requisitions.
- Technical evaluation of vendors bids for equipment and sub-contractor bids for the provision of services.
- Technical support of purchasing activities.
- Experience in piping engineering and design activities,
- Develop basis for piping engineering and design;
- Piping & Plant layout c/w Pipe Stress Analysis; PDMS Model; Piping and valve system design; MTO.
- Experience in piping construction and installation activities, both onshore and offshore, formulating erection plans, testing procedures, preparation of test packs and the like.
- Working knowledge and application of international codes and standards using in Piping and Mechanical Systems such as ANSI, ASME, NACE, API, etc.
- Working knowledge of proprietary pipe stress analysis software.
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Membership of recognised international professional society or body is desirable but not essential.
- Good understanding of written and spoken English,
- knowledge of French is desirable
