Criteria:-
- Provide cost control services in support of project activities, including cost estimating, data base management, progress and analysis, VOWD analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, variance analysis and budgeting.
- verification of costs that are charged in terms of contractual validity and conformance with contractual compensation provisions.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering / Finance / Management or equivalent
- 15years of negotiating and managing international O&G EPCI contracts
- experience of O&G contract administration related to Steel piled jackets and large integrated topsides modules (+10,000 tonnes), Pipelines engineering, procurement and installation projects, Contracts for transportation and installation of large offshore jackets and modules, Construction all risk insurance
