- OR Alternatively 15years with lower academic qualifications.
- technically competent and proficient in English Language

- 8years experience in Project Management/ Surface/ Sub-surface/ Operations/ Reliability Integrity/ Maintenance.
- Able to write and communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- below 40years old in 2009.
