Criteria:-
- Co-ordinate and update mandatory HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) training matrix
- guardian for HSE Induction process for new employees (both staff and contractors) before they start their employment
- HSE training courses are current and matched to asset requirements
- On-The-Job Training (OJT) packs are current and available to assets and contractors
- ISSOW training capability is maintained and co-ordinated
- Ensure CBD (Competence Profile) for HSE department positions and HSE critical positions are in place & current and is updated
- Liaise with Capabilty Coordinators across all skillpools and technical authorities to review industry acceptable standards and certificates
- HND or equivalent in any Subject
- 8years of experience in O&G
- able to demonstrate past experience coordinating training and/or competence assessment
- Possess strong IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good coaching, good team player and strong influencing skills
