Criteria:-
- 15years construction and installation of upstream O&G projects,
- 7years in EPCI manager position.
- Preparation and coordination of EPC proposals.
- Technical evaluation of vendors bids for equipment and sub-contractor bids for the provision of services
- Experience in the construction, installation, testing and commissioning of O&G facilities
- Working knowledge of the elements of cost in construction and maintenance including the determination of unit cost records.
- Working knowledge of construction and installation processes and procedures, equipment, tools, materials, and their application.
- Working knowledge of inspection and investigation techniques.
- Working knowledge of international codes and standards and the application
- Engineering Degree
- Chartered as a member of a recognised international professional body
- Good understanding of written and spoken English,
- Knowledge of French is desirable
