Criteria:-
- provide cost engineering support to the various departments
- provide estimating services throughout the different phases of the projects to the Front end and Project engineers in the Asset Units
- prepare firm budget estimates.
- prepare Company estimates for Tender evaluation purposes.
- support project team in cost related services during economic evaluations of project proposals.
- prepare Life Cycle Costs estimates in close co-ordination with the Operation/Maintenance departments.
- support and assist customers during audit processes e.g. VARs.
- assess and analyse cost associated to uncertainties and risks of projects.
- assist in completed project analysis for the maintenance of the various databases.
- assist contract engineers in developing tender documents.
- review/screen estimates or quotations prepared by Third Parties
- assist in bench marking exercises.
- assist in developing and enhancing cost models, estimating methodologies and relevant estimating tools.
- prepare, develop or provide cost control mechanism for projects.
- assist in Latest Cost Forecast (LCF) monitoring of projects.
- assist in the preparation of cost section of Project close out report.
- assist in the training of junior staffs in all estimating process.
