Criteria:-
- Engineering Degree from a recognized institute of higher learning.
- 10years experience in the offshore O&G
- 5 in project engineering.
- Experience in Front End Engineering and Concept selection studies
- Experience in Facilities / Platform design
- Experience in construction of facilities
- Knowledge in project costing and economic.
- Leadership – ability to organize and hold effective meetings and discussions, as well as set targets and goals
- Technical Competence - Provides sound analysis of business parameters and recommendations to improve performance.
- Commercial Awareness - Applies commercial/financial principles.
- Strategic Orientation - Future-oriented, thinks in strategic terms with longer term perspective
