Criteria:-
- 15 years in construction and installation of upstream O&G onshore / desert
- 7 years in EPCI managerial position
- Experience in construction, installation, testing and commissioning of O&G facilities
- Knowledge of elements cost in construction and maintenance
- Knowledge of construction and installation processes and procedures, equipment, tools, materials
- Knowledge of inspection and investigation techniques
- Knowledge of international codes and standards
- skilled in AutoCAD
- Bachelor in engineering
- Chartered Membership of international professional society desirable
- Good understanding of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of French is desirable
