Criteria:-
- Malaysian / Thai or regional expat
- proven managerial capacity
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years in O&G
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience to undertake leadership role in O&G
- Capable of interacting and liasing effectively with Engineers, Business Support Groups, Senior Management, Shareholders, MTJA and Government Bodies.
- strong technical knowledge on offshore facilities and equipment.
- thorough knowledge of codes and standards applicable to the design and engineering of mechanical equipment and piping for offshore oil and gas industries. (ASME Various, ANSI B31.3/31.4/31.8, TEMA etc)
- good command of English.
- Ability to understand, persuade, influence and serve customers ranging from the facilities operations to technical staff and corporate decision makers
- strong coaching skill, ability to motivate staff and develop their competency
