Criteria:-
- HND in engineering
- Graduate degree in engineering
- 5 years in Well Services Operations.
- Planning and Scheduling – partly in Logistics (esp. Floating Resources and offshore campaign execution)
- Logistics strategy
- Business (or process) improvement, redesign
- Project services
- IWCF certification on well control shall be an advantage.

- IT skills: planning systems, link with SAP and IAP - e.g. P3E, Primavera, IPFE and other SAP-linked planning tools
