- process improvement experience
- continuous improvements and constantly challenge status quo to find better ways of doing things
- communication skills and interpersonal abilities to build effective relationships across functions and geographical locations
- Experience in driving change is highly desired
- Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Understanding of Finance Services Systems & Processes
- Familiarity with technical systems (SAP, MS Office, Versa, Tax Integrator, Task-tracker, Caseware)
- Moderate travelling
