- Bachelor’s Degree &/or CPA equivalent.
- Preferably with MBA.
- 10 years significant time in upstream O&G
- Experience in new office setup as it relates to financial policies and procedures
- International experience, lived and worked in more than one continent,
- Prefer Supervisory experience
- Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) and Joint Operating Agreements (JOA)
