Criteria:-
- Diploma in Mechanical / Automation & Controls Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years field experience and / or maintenance related with assessor experience
- 10 years maintenance work in O&G offshore facilities with safety first concept, work to permit system and exposure to mechanical equipment (static & rotary)
- wide knowledge and competency on:-
- Turbo machinery operation and equipment knowledge for e.g. RB 211, Solar, Kongsberg, Hispano Suiza. Turbine Engines-RB211
- Gas compressor operation i.e. Elliot Ebara
- Air compressors operating principle and types
- Valves operation and types
- Slinging and rigging inclusive safe particles
- Various hand tool and workshop equipment, example lathes, drill, gauges
- Various type of pump operating principle, example positive displacement, centrifugal and screw type
- Fastener and fitting for example NPT
- Knowledge in competency based training and assessment
- Understanding of plant processes and utilities function
- Experience in preparing Site Specific operations / maintenance
- communication and writing skills in English
