Criteria:-
- BSC in Engineering or QS
- 10 years in O&G
- 5 years in Contract Engineering or Administration for CAT1 or offshore installation and transportation
- Handled contractors, tenders, bid evaluations, award, preparin gtender plan, award recommendations, preparing ITB and contract documents for approval
- analytical and logical
- able to concentrate for long periods
- good oral and written communication skills
- work accurately with figures
- work as a team
- work independently
- aptitude with computers
