Competence:-
- Possession of a valid IWCF certificate at combined surface and sub-sea supervisor level.
- Attendance of relevant Advanced Drilling Techniques course
- Good interpersonal relations and communication skills as well as good working knowledge of well engineering software packages are also required.
- Able to work in teams while maintaining the capability and flexibility for independent action
- Selected candidates will be encouraged to follow the Shell Group “Round 2” Distance Learning Programme with the aim of obtaining this qualification within two years.
- A university degree in Engineering or any other related engineering discipline.
- 8 years Well Engineering experience of which at least 2 years as Drilling Supervisor.
