Requirements:-
- 20 years facilities commissioning operations experience in the O&G industries, in an offshore environment, preferably involving FPSO.
- Team leader for the offshore Inspection, Testing and Commissioning team.
- focal point for liaison with other offshore teams: Operations, Maintenance, Marine, Pipelines and Wells etc.
- organize and coordinate the daily work load of the multi-discipline inspection and commissioning teams following systems completion priorities.
- Responsible for local administrative and logistics task related to those in the Inspection, Testing & Commissioning team.
- lead HSE Risk Assessments for all multi-discipline commissioning activities and conduct Toolbox talks as required.
- ensure that all works are carried out under the Shell Permit to Work system.
- preparation of daily progress report for the inspection, testing and commissioning activities, and reporting of physical progress into the planning team onshore.
- coordinate the maintenance and compilation of all inspection and commissioning documentation, test procedure records, checksheets, punchlists, work orders etc. in order to demonstrate Readiness for Start-up and other key milestones.
- interface with the onshore based Integrity Verification engineers to support the Asset Integrity verification programme.
- interface with the onshore based Certification engineer regarding the distribution of completed commissioning check sheet records.
- direct the activities of 3rd party inspection companies and OEM equipment vendors.
- Responsible for liaison offshore with the FPSO classification authority, Lloyds Register on all matters related to obtaining Class certification for the vessel.
